Fruit Size: 10 - 12 inches

This variety produces well in a small amount of space.  The large, elongated oval fruit has a tasty, pasta-like interior. Which resembles spaghetti when cooked.  The flesh is excellent in cooked dishes.  Harvested in late summer / early fall this fruit can be stored in a cool and dry location for several months.

When planting in the garden space plants at least 24 inches apart.
