Description
Growing to be 18 - 24 inches tall if allowed to grow uncontrolled this herb is handy in the kitchen. The young foliage has a slight cucumber flavor that is a great addition to salads and the blossoms make a wonderful edible decoration for salads and desserts. While it is not a hardy plant, it will often reseed itself if planted in the garden.
